Who We Are

Information We Collect

• Service requests: when you submit a service request, we collect the information you provide — company name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your project description.
• Reviews: if you submit a review, we collect your name, email address, rating, and review text. Your email address is never displayed publicly.
• Billing: if we invoice you, we maintain your name, email address, and invoice details for our business records.
• Correspondence: emails you send us are retained so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and never touch or reside on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, approximate region). It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. The only cookies we set directly are essential ones — for example, authentication cookies for our own administrative area. Stripe may set cookies during checkout as part of payment processing and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to service requests and provide quotes
• To perform the services you engage us for and provide support
• To send invoices and process payments
• To display approved reviews (name and review text only)
• To improve the site using aggregate, non-identifying analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email lists.

Service Providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this site, each of which processes data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep service requests, correspondence, and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below).

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@covenant-systems.com. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly, subject to records we are required to keep.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
